I created this blog to share thoughts and ideas about therapy, life, death, art and being human. I will post poems, quotes, readings, podcasts and anything else that tickles my brain. What they all have in common is trying to understand what it means to be human.
We all have many selves (nod to Philip Bromberg’s multiple self theory) and I like to acknowledge and honor each one.
